When Mr and Mrs Lui reached out to Vision Australia with the desire to make a
difference in the blind and low vision community, we were excited to show them the
services they could help contribute to. Their contributions have made an immediate
impact in the lives of people who are blind or have low vision.

The generosity of donors like Mr and Mrs Lui is critical to ensuring Vision Australia can
continue supporting people who are blind or have low vision to live the life they choose.
Vision Australia’s services play an important role in equipping people with education,
employment, independence and social inclusion skills to reach their full potential.

We were fortunate to have Mr and Mrs Lui visit our Queensland headquarters in
Coorparoo recently to show them first-hand the difference their support has made.
As they toured the woodshop, blind and low vision clients were turning woodworking
projects, braille library books were being delivered to avid readers and the retail shop
was assisting clients with the latest specialist equipment for blindness and low vision.

Vision Australia is extremely grateful for the support of Focus Eyecare Studio. This
support has made a difference in the lives of people who are blind or low vision and we
look forward to partnering with them in the years to come.
