How long do I need to have an eye examination?

Generally, we recommend once every two years for adults and once a year for children or elderly over 65 years old.

What is included in my eye examination?

The main goal is to diagnose if there is any visual problem and eye disease. Sometimes, further investigation, such as dry eyes assessment or visual field test, will need to be arranged for in-depth analysis.

What should I prepare before my eye examination?

You need to bring your current medication information and optical aids to our practices, which will assist the optometrist in diagnosing your eye health condition. Furthermore, your doctor’s referral letter will help us understand your current medical condition related to eye health.

How do I eligible to apply for FREE spectacles from the government scheme?

Holders of health care cards, pension cards or senior cards issued over 6 months are eligible.
